The front desk staff was courteous. I appreciated the quick check-in. The hotel allowed us to store luggage before our stay. The fish and chips in the lobby were also delicious. I enjoyed that late-night option.
The minibar prices seemed a bit high.

location decent but could be cleaner

dirty rooms unhelpful staff
the rooms really did not seemed clean. i spotted hairs in the bathroom and dust around the furniture. this is not the level of hygiene i expect for the price. also, the staff seemed unhelpful with simple requests. i asked for an extra towel and it took over an hour to arrive, that annoyed me a lot.
