An Excellent Experience
polite staff quick check-in luggage storage delicious fish
The front desk staff was courteous. I appreciated the quick check-in. The hotel allowed us to store luggage before our stay. The fish and chips in the lobby were also delicious. I enjoyed that late-night option.
The minibar prices seemed a bit high.

The staff provided professional service. They were prompt and polite with all requests. I must commend Haluk, Noraya, and Mahimet. They were very personable, attentive, and helpful at all times, we loved the service.

The hotel is close to shops. It is also located conveniently for boat trips. The hotel is situated in the heart of a vibrant part of the city and provided easy access.

The beauty salon near the elevators offered manicure and pedicure services. I found it very convenient. The gym is well-equipped. It allowed for a full workout schedule. I found the spa facilities relaxing.

location decent but could be cleaner
dirty rooms unhelpful staff
the rooms really did not seemed clean. i spotted hairs in the bathroom and dust around the furniture. this is not the level of hygiene i expect for the price. also, the staff seemed unhelpful with simple requests. i asked for an extra towel and it took over an hour to arrive, that annoyed me a lot.
